Tuesday December 17th Announcements:
1. Good luck to the JH/HS GBB teams as they travel to Central Valley today. JH players will be dismissed at 2:50 and leave at 3pm and HS players will be leaving at 4pm.
2. JH/HS BBB practice will be in Northwood after school.
3. Good luck to the hockey team as they play Wahpeton tonight.
4. FBLA members: pizzas will be picked up on Friday after school when dismissed at 2pm. Please meet at Jimmy's Pizza and make arrangements with your parents if you don't drive to have them come and pick them up with you.

2. Good luck to the JH/HS BBB teams as they travel to Drayton tonight with the 7th grade game starting at 3:45. JH players will be dismissed at 1:10 and leave at 1:20. HS players will be dismissed at 3pm and leave at 3:10.
3. Congratulations to everyone who finished the November/December Reading Challenge! The students who completed the challenge will play the teachers today at 2pm. The following students won the prizes: Lawson Gibson the Ampride Giftcard, Archer Johnson the treasure chest prize, and Remmi Amb the sports ball. For the January Reading Challenge, students will have the chance to pie Mr. B, Mrs. Varriano, Mr. Foss or Miss Burns. Students can start logging minutes for the January Reading Challenge starting today.
4. There is a Speech sign up sheet on the bulletin board outside of the main office.

For the month of December, Hatton Eielson Sources of Strength group sponsored 8 children for the giving tree project. Students in grades 7-12 donated money for this project. SOS peer leaders shopped for the items, then all 7-12 grade participated in the wrapping of the gifts.
Sources of Strength would like to thank all those who donated and made it possible to bring joy to 8 children. We are thankful for all the support for this project. Have a Merry Christmas.
