There will be an informational meeting Thursday August 11th for students grades 9-12 and teachers that are interested in working the ESP (before and after school program). The meeting will be at 3:30pm in the library.

Students grades 7-12 will need to meet with Mr. Soine Friday August 12th to finalize schedules and get locker assignments. Please follow the schedule below. Seniors - 9am; Juniors - 10am; Sophomores - 11am; Freshman - 1pm; 7th and 8th - 2pm.

Cross Country practice will start on Monday, August 8th at 4pm in Northwood. The bus will leave at 3:35pm from the school. Physical forms must be turned in by the first practice to Coach Soine. There is a mandatory parent/athlete meeting at 5:30pm in the Northwood Commons area following the first practice.

New families to our school district that plan on attending Hatton Eielson School for the 2022-2023 year, should stop at the school office for registration paperwork. If you have a kindergartner and did not go to Gearing Up for Kindergarten this spring, please stop by the office.

CHAD OMDAHL WILL BE INDUCTED INTO THE BABE RUTH HALL OF FAME AT MANDAN VETERANS MEMORIAL BALLPARK IN MANDAN, NORTH DAKOTA ON THURSDAY, JULY 21 DURING THE 7 P.M. STATE BASEBALL TOURNAMENT GAME. Chad is a decades long, well-known, legendary Hatton youth baseball coach and will be honored with a SEND-OFF on Monday, July 18th at 5 p.m. at the Hatton Park in Hatton, North Dakota with the 6 p.m. Hatton-Northwood Legion Tournament baseball game to follow. Justin Foss will MC! Bars and lemonade will be served!!

PUBLIC PLANNING MEETING TONIGHT
The Hatton Eielson PSD School Board invites the public to attend the planning meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held in the public library with the monthly board meeting to follow.
There will be a kids 1/2 mile run as well as a 5K run/walk on Thursday June 30th. Registration will be at the city park starting at 6pm with the races to start at 7pm. $10 for kids and $20 for 5K and a family max of $50. Funds raised will support the Hatton-Northwood-Larimore Cross Country Team.
Unofficial results from the June 7th school board election: Jaerod Hanson with 18 votes and Toby Handly with 88 votes. The school board will be meeting June 20th at 7:00 p.m. to canvass the official vote.

The School Board meeting originally scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, June 10th has been rescheduled to Monday, June 20th at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will follow the 6:30 p.m. public meeting regarding the school's 3 to 5 year plan as required by law. Meetings are in the library.
