Today is “Dress Like an Athlete Day,” so we’re dressed like athletes or wearing jerseys. When we feel stressed, Healthy Activities–whether they are social, physical, or emotional–help us unwind, lift our mood, and gain clarity. Playing sports, even if it’s just for fun, is a great way to take care of our physical health.

More Dynamic Duos
Today is “Dynamic Duo Day.” Positive friends lift us up, make us laugh, are honest with us, and are there for us when we need them. Two heads are better than one! You are dressed up with your dynamic duo so you can feel supported and uplifted by your positive friends.
Hi everyone! I've had a few people reach out in Northwood about the possibility of holding a babysitting class this summer. I thought I would send out this one question survey to gauge what the interest is in Hatton too. If I have enough interest I will likely get something set up for Hatton-Northwood. Students should be 12 yrs or older (close to 12 is ok too).
